One of these days

days-islands

when the sense of unknown vibrates un the air

and a sense of solitude penetrates the body,

A hummingbird

flew into my house

and lost her way out.

stuck in between

the window and the bowl of spices,

trembled with fear, forced to pause.

I greeted her,

and closed her in my palms,

and we went outside.

I opened my hands

so she could fly away

yet she stayed right there.

A grace, I thought.

Tiny sister of my soul

slightly different than other feathered-ones,

Sweet medicine of joy and tenderness,

beauty of the etheric.

Her heartbeat

Is a love song

that life is a wonderland.

Enter the present moment

so fleeting and fragile

so blissful

So drink it

With pearls of your laughter

With pearls of your tears.

Celebrate small things,

good things.

Enjoy what you can

and spread your joy around.

Expand in your shiny auric field

Spread your wings and

feel the freedom that is still available here.

Keep sending out the love from your heart

like sun sends its rays

so unconditionally

like shooting stars on a night sky

so unexpectedly.

A drop of nectar of life

flowed down

from my eyes and ears and mouth

to the heart.

I carved a hummingbird on my chest

to remember

that joy lives in my heart.

Jednego z tych dni

dni – wysp

gdy coś nieznanego wibruje w powietrzu

a samotność kreśli ślady na czole,

koliber

głośna jak helikopter

wpadła przez okno do mojego domu

i zgubiła drogę powrotną.

Utknęła pomiędzy

okienną witryną a puzderkiem na zioła

nagła przymusowa pauza

szok i strach

Schowałam ją w rękach

jak prezent

i wyszłyśmy na zewnątrz

Otworzyłam palce

Pa maleńka

Ale ona pozostała

nieruchoma

w kołysce mojej dłoni

mała siostra mojej duszy

cud mikrokosmosu

dziwne

kruche

piękno

słodki totem radości

Szybki bit jej serca

to miłosna piosenka

że życie to kraina czarów

hej

wejdź

w pełną magię tej chwili

koronkowe

struktury energii

gdzie

każdy moment

tańczy w ekstazie

nektar życia

perłami twego śmiechu

perłami twoich łez

Dostrzegaj

małe rzeczy

małe dobre rzeczy

ciesz się

Rozwijaj swoją radość

mgławice dobroci
